Required Documents for first time enrollment at Santa Clara Elementary
All documents listed are required, you will not be able to enroll your child/ren without them.
- Birth Certificate (original)
- Proof of Residency (Current utility bill: Gas, Water or Electric dated within 30 days of enrollment - NEEDED ONLY if claiming to live within district boundries)
- Kindergarten Physical (if enrolling for Kindergarten) form must be dated on or after February 5th of the enrolling year.
